Every enterprise already runs two charts. The reporting chart is on the wall. The accountability chart is the one people navigate by: who actually answers for the outcome, whose judgment moves the work, who carries the weight when it ships. When execution gets cheaper, that second chart becomes the only one that matters. The scarce resource isn’t who can do the work. It’s who decides what work is worth doing.
Stop waiting for leadership to redraw the chart. Name the outcomes you carry. Make your judgment visible. The accountability chart is already real. The only question is whether you’re on it.
