The experimentation culture shift
Leading product in enterprise is different. The organizations moving fastest with AI aren't the ones with the best strategy decks. They're the ones where it's safe to try things that don't work. Where a PM can show a rough AI-generated prototype without it being judged as "the plan." Where teams can test an approach for a week and say "that didn't work" without consequences.
Most enterprise cultures punish failure and reward certainty. That made sense when trying was expensive. Now trying is cheap and certainty is impossible — the technology changes weekly. The culture that rewards experimentation will outpace the culture that rewards polish, every time.
Make it safe to try. Make it safe to fail. That's the leadership move right now.
